What do you call this game?

While out at the beach, waiting for the Allen's to arrive, Ethan and I created a new sport. I don't think we ever came up with a name for it but this is how it is played.

First - dress your mom up like a fool, which in this case includes putting her in your hockey goalie pads and gloves then put the bike helmet on her head. I know it won't fit so don't force it -just leave it up on top so as to add an even dorkier element to the whole ensemble.

Second - Give her a plastic golf club, child's size so that it is even more difficult to use.

Third- find the biggest ball you can find - in our case we used a huge volleyball.

Fourth - explain that you will try and get the ball into her net which for us was between the polls of the swing set.

Fifth - as you race up to the net hitting the ball with your own plastic club along the way, jump on the ball so she can't hit it and roll your way into the net for a goal!

Lastly - have your dad take pictures so that you can someday (like today) post them on a site for all too see! Enjoy!
